Frequently asked questions
Pin grading, product restocks
I personally quality-check every pin that I sell. Since all pins are handmade, please be aware that even A-grade pins may still have hard-to-notice imperfections (such as small dust specks or tiny scratches). B-grades and seconds pins tend to have more noticeable imperfections and are sold at a discount.
Please do not expect restocks of any item. Though I sometimes restock, it doesn't happen often!
Can I return a product?
I generally do not accept returns, but please contact me if you run into any issues with your order!
Damaged/lost packages
For damaged goods, please contact me and send me a picture so that I can help you process a refund if necessary.
In regard to lost packages, all orders (except for stickers) are shipped with tracking. For domestic orders, once the package has been delivered, I no longer bear responsibility for it. For international orders, tracking is limited once it leaves the U.S., so I cannot be responsible for it once it is out of the country.
Packages may be returned to me due to issues such as an incorrect address, etc. Should this be the case, buyers will be responsible for additional shipping fees to send it again.
Why is international shipping so expensive?
All shipping costs, including international rates, are in accordance with the postage prices set by the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, they are out of my control.
